Scrabster Port Services, which is a joint venture between  international oil and gas logistics specialists ASCO & Port Services Group, is spearheading the development of Scrabster as a hub for offshore exploration and production support west of Shetland, on the Atlantic frontier and in the waters surrounding the Faroe Islands.
